TuffSTRAP Woven Polyester Strapping
Our AAR verified Grades 3, 4, and 5 cut to length woven strapping solutions are verified on AAR – Open Top Loading Rules-Section 1-Table 19.2. These products are engineered for product unitization, and load securement in truck, intermodal, export containers, and rail applications. Manufactured from high-strength woven polyester, TuffSTRAP (AAR-502) delivers the performance properties of steel strap with the capability to absorb in-transit load force and shock providing consistent, repeated performance. Product is lighter and easier to handle than steel strapping with comparable lineal and system strength. Conveniently applied with a single tensioning tool requiring no crimper/sealer to create uniform tension. It can easily be re-tensioned, unlike Steel and PET strapping. All-weather construction with soft edges to minimize the risk of damage to cargo making it ideal for securing a wide variety of loads in all types of transportation modes.​

TuffLASH Woven Polyester Lashing
Our Grades 6, 7, and 8 heavy-duty woven lashing cut to length products are verified on AAR - Open Top Loading Rules-Section 1-Table 19.3. Manufactured from high-strength woven polyester, TuffLASH (AAR-502) offers the robust performance of steel strapping while effectively absorbing in-transit load force and shock for consistent, reliable performance. Designed and engineered to secure heavy and irregularly shaped loads for various transport modes including Export Containers, Boxcars, Open Top Rail Loading Figures on Gondolas, Flatcars, and Center Beam Railcars. This product is lighter and safer to handle than steel strap while providing comparable lineal and system strength. Conveniently applied with a single tensioning tool, eliminating the need for a crimper or sealer to achieve uniform tension. Unlike Steel strapping, it can easily be re-tensioned, ensuring continuous securement for your loads. Also available in pre-cut lengths to reduce waste, TuffLASH is a cost-effective alternative to chains, ratchet straps and steel band.​
