All our inflation tools are modular by design; you can customize any of our tools by simply replacing the fill head.

All our inflator tools are modular by design. This means that all the different inflation fill heads or tips are interchangeable among all the inflation tools. Whether you prefer a quick connect fill head, economy fill head, 90 degree or metal quick connect, you can customize any of our tools by simply replacing the fill head.

Reusable valve

One valve fits all! From our 4 Trans bag to all our levels including level 5, they are all fitted with the same reusable spring loaded filling valve.

Portable Air Master (PAM)

The PAM (Portable Air Master) is the first of its kind. Powered with a 6600Mah rechargeable lithium ion battery, this unit has a continuous run time of up to 4 hours. The housing is fibre based making it strong enough to withstand the tough loading dock environment. The motor puts out a powerful 28 CFM. It comes with two rechargeable batteries, charger, carry strap and inflation hose with quick connect. It can be used with or without the hose. All our standard inflation tips can be interchanged on this unit.

Premium Digital Gauged Inflator

Our premium fibre based inflation tool with a digital gauge. Maximize your cargo securement by putting the correct amount of pressure into your dunnage bag. This inflator has a venturi shut-off on the back end. This allows for maximum air flow into the bag with accurate gauging after the flap automatically shuts off. Can be used and interchanged with any of our inflation tips.

Premium Inflator (No Gauge)

Our premium fibre based inflation tool without a digital gauge. This inflator has a venturi shut-off on the back end and allows you to effectively fill your dunnage bag to approximately 1.2 PSI in a 12" void. Actual internal pressure may vary due to inline pressure. This safety feature makes it impossible to overinflated a dunnage bag. Can be used and interchanged with any of our inflation tips. Can be used for certain lightweight and over the road applications.
